Cancellation policies

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 months prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made by guests on or after 3 months prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellations made up between 3 months and 4 weeks before set arrival date: 40% of agreed total price. Cancellations made between 4 weeks and 1 week before set arrival date: 70% of agreed total price. Cancellations made 1 week and less before set arrival date: 90% of agreed total price. In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
