Pricelist

The price includes accommodation: free Wi-Fi, a covered parking space, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as bed, bath, and table linen. We also take care of all additional costs such as heating, water, and electricity, as well as all statutory charges. And best of all: the final cleaning on the day of departure is also included – so you can enjoy your holiday completely stress-free.

Children up to 2 years old stay with us for free.

Breakfast upon request

Fresh, crispy rolls (white and whole grain), a crunchy croissant, homemade fruit spreads, homemade butter, a soft-boiled egg from happy hens, fruit muesli, cornflakes, yogurt (fruit and plain), milk and cheese from South Tyrolean mountain farmers, bacon and sausages, tea made from hand-picked herbs, a glass of homemade juice, and seasonal fruits.

If you prefer to prepare breakfast yourself, we offer a bread roll service.
Please place orders by 5 PM the previous day at the specified location. No orders on Sundays

Cancellation policy

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code, we would still like to accommodate you and grant a right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge; only the deposit will be retained.
30 to 14 days before arrival: We charge 40% of the agreed total price.
From 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price is due.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: the full booking amount will be charged.

We understand that unforeseen events can happen. Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to start your trip, so we can find a good solution together. We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to ensure you are well protected in such cases.
